Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I dont know when this happen but i see this white thing on my left side of tongue and this thing present on my tongue from past 3-4 weeks now its also start happening on my right side of tongue i also feel that my tongue is swollen. What is this is it something serious i am scared about it.

My brother has a swelling below the ear for the past two weeks. It is filled with pus. He has a little pain in that region and there are no other symptoms. What could the reason be?

Last 2-3 days i have itchy throat... yesterday i found red spot on the roof of the mouth palate...no any other symptoms...i smoke occassionally...  enclosed the photo of my mouth...can you tell what it is??? Thank you.

Recently quit smoking 1.5 months back now facing following problems Occassionally feeling chest tightness/pain during day on left side Especially after having some thing Sometimes pain reduced after burping or resting Feel like something is stucked in throat Also saliva production increased Sometimes feel pain between shoulder bones also

Last one week am suffering throat pain. No fever and cold. While swallowing pain is coming. Which antibiotic I can use for this problem.

I was having sever right fascial pain and nasal anterior bleeding dripping into throat. I had endoscopy and CT scan for that, which categorically mentions that I've a nasal spur and 7.5x5.5mm polyp. CT scan categorically mentions that it's a polyp with no bone destruction, then is there a need to go for biopsy to determine its benign only,  not malignant?

My grandma has severe throat pain and is feeling pain whenever she eats or drinks something. She is having this problem since the last 48 hours. Pls help 🙏
