Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having gerd problem for an year now, medications suppressed but still feeling throat tightness and stucked food feeling sometimes. How to cure it at home?

She has a slight pain in her neck for around a month. She feels some part is swollen kind of. It occurs occassionally, otherwise she is fine, and do all household chores without any problem.

My father had bleeding/ blood spots from nose after covid vaccination. Is it a normal side effect? It happened twice after 1st dose and the 2nd dose. Do we need to get some tests done?

Symptoms:- 1.nasal congestion 2.slight swelling above and below the eye ( non painful & no eyelid involved, movement is good , sensitivity to light is good) 3.cough 4. pain above eye when touched FESS surgery 10days back. removed tissues in sinuses and around eye. does the above symptoms due to surgery?

Sir I had already been taken both vaccine covishield Ist on 24march n 2nd on 25 April 2021 respectively I am chronic patient of sinus/asthma n taking following medicine as per my doctor's advice 1. Budamate200 rotacap 2 capsule each morning n evening for asthma 2. Pan d in morning 3. Amlopress 5 mg n 2.5 mg in morning and evening respectively 4.  montek LC SOS 5. Solvin cold SOS Now, sir I want to know that I again start  solvin cold/ montek LC on SOS basis is or other wise, kindly also infrom which antibiotic is admissible for me to reduce cough. I recovered from asymptomatic covid under home isolation & got my negitive reports on 5th May ,21. I had no meds except vitamin c & zinc tablets during my isolation and I have no underlying or chronic disease as far as I know. So for how many days should I be worried that I can get black fungus like am I at risk ?

Sir in my grandfather first report there is no fungus found so what are the chances that in the second report there will be any fungus found..? Should we continue to take medicines i.e fungisome gel and posaconazole tab 200 mg or discontinue it?

I went to the doctor i got some slight cut like sore in my nose . And he gave me these medicine . Though i took docsef 200 for 7 days , ( 5 days before due to stomach infection) shall i take it again now . I completed the previous course of 7 days. Shall i take it again ?

Hi Doctor, I was prescribed to use povidone Iodine 0. 5% MOUTH SPRAY 3 times a day So after spraying into mouth do I have to swallow it or keep it for some time and spit it what to do after taking this spray Please help to share details
