Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have diffuclty in swallowing from past 8 days. I was also having dry cough but that z fine now. Doctor has given me antibiotics(cefdoxime) which I took for 5 days, he also gave me betadine for gargling. But after taking medication for past 7 days but their is hardly any relief. Please suggest me what to do?

Is methylprednisolone 16 bd for 3days and od for 3days...no comorbidity... normal CBC...crp 6 ... random blood sugar on glucometer 113 to 125...is above mentioned dose of steroid is high for covid patient in home isolation ? I m afraid of black fungs

I am unable to sleep properly and can't even sit peacefully. Please try to give some solutions to avoid this ringing sound in my both the ears.

I have tinnitus in both ears, they aren't loud and they only bother me a bit when I go to sleep, but one ear has a *teeeeeeet* sound while the other one is wooshing, I dont hear a heartbeat in the wooshing ear, however when I do sport and my heart tempo rises, I feel the pulse in the wooshing ear, so my question is, is it normal to have tinnitus in both but each ear has a different sound? Or do I have a pulsatile tinnitus in one ear, if so what should I do to deal with it? PS:I was diagnosed with blepharitis and chalazia in the eyelid next to the wooshing ear, could this be related? Appreciate your time
