Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel blockage in my nose , due to which headache and ear pain. My TSH is also high 5.68, is this is a serious issue as now a days different diseases are occurring.

Discomfort while swallowing in the soft palate side..connected frm nose to throat..plzz doctor do tell why it may be and also suggest any tablets??

My Left eyes got many times hurted while playing in childhood. In past 3days my left eyes starts itching and become red , somtimes I rubbed it slightly and after that my left eye's Sclera gets Swelling.

Goodafternoon, I am 26 years old, i have blocked ears, throat and headache from past 15 days, i went to doc earlier, he diagnosed tyat my ear drum is retracted due to some infection,  he prescribed amoxicillin and parcetamol for 5vdays when the medicines were finished again i have same symptoms, i went to the doc again now he advised megtryp 10 at night and folic acid tab, He is ENT specialist. Megtryp 10 is antidepressant. Are the symptoms related to depression

My wìfe had moderate covid and given setriod. Now its 34 days passed and last night she was feeling full on left eye(aankh bhari hona),In the morning its very less than night. Should we worried for black fungus??. She have controlled diabetese(84) in fasting and 145 150 in day.

Typical foul smell coming from nose.sneezing and water coming from nose.Happenning since 8 months.Recommend medicines
