Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife has ETD as diagnosed by doctor. Nazomac AF has been prescribed but after using it she is having bitter taste. Can she eat and take medicine inspite of that bitter taste?

I have Throat problem since 5 days and i can eat and i cant Drink beacuse i have difficulties to eat in me throat

I have recovered from covid 19. Post covid I am feeling nasal congestion, headache (sometimes). I was on steroid (40mg for 5days, 20mg for 2 days, 10 mg for 2 days) afterwords I have taken voricanzol 200 mg for 4 days as advised. Kindly advise as nasal congestion/uneasiness is giving me fear now.

I was in steriod 8mg two times a day for 4 days and 4 mg two times fir 10 days in covid. I have left steriods 7 days back and tiday is my 31st day. I didn't have diabetic chceked 5 month back. Hiw much  risk I have of black fungus

I had dust allergy from last 3 years and from last 1 year i am using tablets(cetirizine or montelukast sodium and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets) weekly once or twice. With the this dust allergy I have continues sneezes and  cough, some time running nose symptoms. My parents also had dust allergy. I want to know is there any permanent solution for the dust allergy OR i need use tablets rest of my life continuously. Can you please suggest me on this.

Persistent sore throat since 15 days. No cough, cold or fever. My throat culture test is negative. Covid negative Currently doing a course of ALASMAN AN and PHLOGAM TAB, and RABLET D, BETADINE gargle for last 6 days. But hardly any improvement. Please help. Thanks in advance
