Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I frequently release mucus but no cough. Doctor took a long in my tongue. Gave me Lynx 500 mg.May I know for what reason he gave it. Also I don't have issues but still lynx 500 prescribed. I feel pain in back side with gastric problem like belching after taking the capsule. Shall I stop the capsule. I take it 3 times a day after food

I often get ear infection with yellow puss during raining and winter season. Rest of the times it's so itchy that I need to use ear buds atleast 2-3 times a week. I have consulted many ENT doctors when I get medication it gets cured and again after few days I get back the problem

My father voice has been changed since last 18 days. He is unable to speak clearly because his voice is too low. I took medicines like levo citrizin, montelucast, azithromycin and take regular gargil by bitadine or salt water but there is no change in his voice. While drinking water he get water out of the mouth sometimes and starting cough. He has also a neoro problem in his mind gangilia. So when i click my ears i feel a stabby type of pain in my lower mandible, i thought its bec of a lymph node swelling and i checked it with local ent but seems rather than from lymph node that is coming from a nerve/muscle there which had made the lymph node tender as wel. My ent has prescribed me with augmentin and zerodol sp for 5 days. I am on it. Please see the image, and note the yellow line, sometimes that nerve/vein gets itchy and sore, and the stabby pain i am talking about comes from under the ramus... Please help.

I had tested covid positive on May 2nd 2021. It was a mild infection. I had lost the sense of smell. But it had returned around 50%. After almost 2 months of recovery, I get this weird rotten smell when I eat egg or some other veggies. How long will it take to recover ? Are there any medicines to help in recovery ?

Since one month I have mild cough and sore throat..i feel little phelm in throart sometimes, which may cause cough..again I also have sometimes throat irritation and it also causes mild cough.
