Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From the past 15 days i m getting runny nose, runny eyes, sneezing , itchy throat mostly at morning nd night...Sometimes it exists whole day long until I take the Avil Tablet...It first starts with itchy throat, then runny nose, runny eyes, constant sneezing which persists  until I take Avil Tablet...It is getting almost everyday from past 15 days...It gets worse if I drink cold water or sit in an AC room...Please help

Since past 6months I have been waking up with dry mouth and dry throat, after brushing and drinking lots of water it gets okay but why is this happening. Also sometimes my throat hurts especially below the Adam's apple. Is this something to worry?
