  4. Small White patches on one tonsil.

Small White patches on one tonsil
I do not if they were always but I am seeing white tiny spots on my right tonsil while both the to sil areas have some redness...I have no fever but slight pain and burning sensation in throat. Can it be anything serious?

Just do warm water gargles and drink everyday a glass of warm water with lemon and turmeric (1 pinch)
