Esophageal spasm it feels like squeezing so hard on my chest after eating large food and it causing pain on my chest when sleeping i am eating Pan 40 tablet any tips pliz help and i am worried

Oesophageal spasm can cause chest tightness, but have you done a ECG and Upper GI Endoscopy, Barium swallow?
