Ear check up frequency?
My ear get a bit itchy at times and I don't use buds as it is not recommended. How frequently shall i get my ears checked and what are the common ways to keep it healthy?

The wax formation in the ear is normal and it will clean the external auditory canal ans will be expelled in its own that is natural
You don’t need to have frequent visits to have your ear checked
Also try using earbuds which will impede the natural movement of the wax in the Eac
