I had a blood sugar test which shows glucose (fasting) level of 174 and high level of cholesterol. Till now i am not on medication. Please suggest some diet plan (food items etc) so that i may try to reduce glucose level. Moreover, is medication necessary at this stage or not.

Hello Doctor, I am a middle class Bengali woman and have PCOS. Currently, I am preparing for civil services. I spend lot of time sitting as I have study a lot. I do some free hand exercise and take walk in the morning. In the morning- Tea biscuit Breakfast- 2roti and sabzi Lunch - Rice lentil sabzi , fish/ chicken/egg Evening- Tea and biscuits Dinner -2 Roti's and sabzi/ soyabean curry etc Am I on right diet? I am a social drinker and non-smoker. I don't have much sweets bt like chocolate. I eat various sabzis. Don't have fruits on regular basis except cucumber. My weight is 60kg. Please suggest. I have bulky calves with vericose veins. I am struggling to tone my calves. No matter how hard I workout I am unable to tone my calves. The good part is it does not pain. Please help and guide me.

Is it possible to have an eating disorder without knowing? No body image issues, do not believe I am fat or need to lose weight. I weigh 85lbs at 24. I maintained 105 until my second child 2.5 years ago. Always struggled to gain weight. Never feel hungry and after a few bites, I feel full or sick, like this since I was extremely sick throughout most of high school and could not keep foods down w/ extreme abdominal pain in top, right side, and bottom of stomach & corresponding areas on the back.

Previously after every few hours i used to get hungry and urge to eat something. But from 4-5 days, I don't feel hungry at all. If i try to eat forcefully i feel like vomiting
