My dog is suffering with diarrhoea with blood and dr prescribed some medicines for her. However, I could not find the metrogyl syrup that dr mentioned in the pharmacy. They gave me combizol+ instead. Is it safe to give her this medicine? Will it have the same effect as the metrogyl syrup? Please advise me on what to do.

Dog is pooping blood and vomiting
Hi I have 1.5 year old cocker spaniel and since 3 days he is pooping blood and vomiting and not eaten anything.
Consulted near by vet and he said it's gastro issue hence he kept him on saline.
Today is 4th day... What need to be done as I stay at Village unable to consult good vet here.

A stray dog licked a surface and I touched it immediately by mistake and I have small bruises around nails due to nail bite.
