My kid 4 yr old he always suffers with cold and cough not gaining weight 11.7 now from 2023 June to jan 2024 he 11.5-11.7 only why not gaining weight ?

I have given my baby 6 week vaccines in Government(painful). Now I want to change to painless. Is there any harm And do I need to give all 3 dose again in painless

Hi I just posted a query, baby was rolling over and playing on bed, while rolling on mattress only he turned over on mattress only and hit his back of head on mattress which was soft a little bit hard, after sometime he removed curdled milk,a very little bit as I just fed like half n hour before,he normally does remove curdled milk a little in a day I am not sure if this happened after he rolled over hard, please guide is this normal or do I wait and watch????he did not cry but playing since then.
