Hello sir / mam, my 2.5 yrs old daughter is having chronic cough from past 3 months. Our local doctor has prescribed Budecort 100mcg (2 puffs daily) MDI Inhaler with spacer for 3 months. Our child is getting scared from spacer inhaler puff. Can you suggest any alternative. Her cough is not improving as she is not taking inhaler. She is comfortable with nebuliser now. Can you suggest

On 13th September 2023 - we got varicella dose 1 from private hospital. Today ( 1 november -2023)- we got 4 vaccines from government hospital : 1.DPT 1 booster , 2. OPV booster, 3. Measles rubella 2, 4. Vitamin A 2 drops. Please confirm if there is any common vaccine w.r.t varicella 1st dose and the below 4 vaccines?

I have a 4 month old daughter. She is on formula milk from day 1 & doing absolutely fine. 1 month back I did found 1-2 threads of blood in her stool so did stool routine & occult blood. Occult blood traces was seen. I repeated the test after 1 month, in that occult blood was absent but RBCs 0-1 was present. She is achieving all her milestone & her wt is also about 6.4 kg at 4 month. Is there anything to worry about

Hi doctor, Did gun shot ear piercing to my three years old baby girl today...at cloudnine in sterile manner...I hv come to know tat gun shot cause tissue damage...already she got infected well n v did tat in a jewellery shop n removed jewel n made it to close when she was around 8 months old due to poor hygiene...NW got pierced abv tat scar...same gun shot but sterile...when to change the starter earring after a month or two...shld v hv to rotate or push back n forth or just to leave it as it is...any ointment to prevent infection since she had already got infection I m feared...inverness ear piercing solution has been given to pour back n forth of ear lobe...hw to put drops...just abv earrings or shld push front n back n to pour...
