Child Health Issues

My baby has just stepped in 4th month. As of now we are giving him only formula milk and mothers milk. Everyone in our family is suggesting to feed him with one Marie gold biscuit soaked in milk without sugar in a day by diving it in half in twice. Like half in morning 11am and half in evening 4 pm. Can I feed my baby with this ?

When is the correct time to introduce solid food to the baby ? Is it After completion of 5th month or completion of 6th month ?

My 10 week old baby is only drinking 30 - 40 ml of formula milk every 3 hours. And weighs 5 kg as of now. He's putting on 100 g  this week is it alright? How much should the awake window be for babies this old. He sleeps a lot during day. Do let me know if all these are normal
