Child Health Issues

Hello My child is 5 year 8 months old.His weight is 15.5kg. His weight is not gain from last 2-3 years.His immune system is very weak.He have frequently cough and cold.His height is 110cm. Please suggest something.

I want to know whether Cryptorchidism should be considered a Congenital Internal Anomaly Or a Congential External Anomaly? Any literature references would be helpful too.

Last week my daughter suffered from viral flu after medication immediately she also had dysentery now she has no fever and for dysentery she took medicine for 5 days now her stool was normal but along with stool some white pus and blood clots are coming. For dysentery she had taxim-o- forte (3ml) and bifilac(5ml) for 5 days.

Hi, My baby is 54 days old, he is on breast milk and formula, but we feed him through bottle, as he spills out milk from katori chamcha, he has been taking feeds well till yesterday, since last not he is not taking feeds but sleeping a lot, when we try to keep bottle he sucks a bit and then cries and pushes away the bottle, it's been happening since last night, he has bit cold too, where he sneezing we did give him drops for cold, he is not taking feeds keep mouthing his hands in. Mouth, I am very tensed as he is not taking feeds, what could be there reason, any infection?, what signs should I check for infection, he is passing urine normally, struggling to poop since morning but unable to poop,(he poops every day), please guide and help, will take him to doctor by evening.

My baby is 10months today..he is 35weeks preterm baby with birth weight 2300gm..his weight gain is very slow..for past month he has not gained/lost weight..he is maintaining the same weight..je has some loose motion problems in the month..we are giving solids foods as per his need ..morning..rice dal cocnut milk/cocnut oil with pumpkin/ash gaurd sometimes carrot also ..at around 3pm we give banana/boiled egg yoke/apple pure/papaya pure..any of the above at night we give ragi mixed with cocnut oil..and additionally 5-6times breastmilk as per his demand..as drops he is given vitD3 and iron drops..but he is not gaining weight..at 10months he is weighs only 7.6kg his height 72cm His achieved milestones 1) he sits without support and plays 2) he calls acha..mma..and other two to three words 3) identify things..when we ask where it is he points towards it 4) social interaction is good 5) no teeth till now Why baby not gaining weight..what can i give additionally..?

Till how many days we can give paracitamol(drops) to the baby after the first vaccination (45 days one). Note: She was given painful injections.

My son is now 5months old and weighs 8kg. I am giving him d3 twice 1 ml and iron .5ml three times. As this dose was recommended when he was around 3 months 1)Now i want to confirm whether i should continue with the same dose or it needs to be increased? 2)Also i want to know the dose of paracetamol? What should it be now as per his current age and weight ? 3)Is there any general guidelines to increase dose as per age and weight which i can follow or do i need to ask doctor every months regarding the dose?

My baby is 13 months old... From last two days she is not sleeping well...cries inconsolably at night... She sleeps in our arms while standing but does not sleep on bed...the moment I put her on bed she starts crying... I thought it may be colic so gave colic aid but still she is behaving the same...during day she is absolutely fine but yes she ddnt had naps during day as she used to.have...please I am npt getting what is the problem...help me
