Fever cold an bad smell from mouth

Dear doctor ,my son 6 years ,his mouth is smelling very badly , he has cavity but no pain ,an fever an cold ,Last visite doctor gave Dolo 250 syrup ..Can i give same syrup for fever ?? an what to do for bad mouth smell .. we even took him to dentist last month ..they said they can't do anything with child teeth ,they asked to brush his teeth 2 times a day .. thank you

U can give Dolo syrup for fever but give correct dosage as per doctor prescription
