My baby just came out of. Viral infection it's been like 5 days, again there is change in weather , and he has got fever again in gap of 5 days he got fever again due to climatic conditions is this normal?

Advice - CBC, CRP.
Continue breastfeeding and complementary feeding.
Give Syrup Paracetamol (250mg/5ml) 2.5ml if necessary.
Axillary temperature charting by digital thermometer.
