Baby weaning
My daughter is 167 days (5 months 17 days old ) should I start weaning after 180 days? Can I start giving first day 1 spoon of boiled rice 1 time,2nd day 1 spoons 2 time of boiled rice and 3rd day 2 spoon 2 times ...in puree or semi liquid form (mashing rice with breast milk) And how should I gradually increase let me know the quantity of food i can keep increasing with example for better understanding And can I give water (warm water/normal water is recommended pls let me know) what is the quantity and how many times I can give when I start solids Is starting weaning in silver Bowl, spoon and glass ok? Please let me know Also help me how to know whether she is liking it or she is allergic to it? Also in our home they add salt to cook rice is it ok to give for baby or is it recommended to avoid no or less salt and sugar to baby She born on -4/8/23 Birth weight -3.1kg Current weight-7.1kg Height-68cm She is on exclusive breastfeeding
