Hi, my three yr old girl having hand foot mouth infection...gv mefkind ds 3.5 ml for her weight 12.100 kg as per doctor advice...is tat a safe medicine to give, does it cause any side effects...will this infection spread to me too...can I give her vitamin d 1000 iu for her n iron syrup on the same day...

Dear Doctor My daughter is 1.5 years. Since yesterday she is not eating properly and has fever only in the evening. Today she vomited as well twice. Please suggest what could be the possible reason? Thanks

Our baby is 13 days old. We are noticing rashes near his anus area. We were using baby wipes to clean the area after he poops. Although he does not cry because of this rash but we are concerned and seeking advice. Can applying coconut oil or ghee give some relief to the baby? Kindly advice.

Yesterday night my 1 year 11 months baby has temperature 100.5 ° F and gave paracetamol 250 . 2 doses with 6 hours gap 3ml. Today now @ 12:50 pm he has 97.7 ° F temperature. Now should I continue giving him paracetamol with 6 hrs gap until  today midnight 12 am. Or should I stop giving paracetamol by considering there is no fever? Please suggest Doctor. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, My son's age is 1 year 11 months. Yesterday night he got fever 100.5 °F around 12' o clock. Gave paracetamol p 250 - 3 ml. After 1 st dose fever reduced like no there's no fever. But gave 2nd dose after 6 hours - 3ml. Now my question is: fever got reduced. Should I give paracetamol today as well like another 3 doses with 6 hrs gap. Please suggest. Thank you.

Dear doctor, I would like to share that my son who is 17 month old doesnt learn or imitate what i told him to do... he doent focus on what i say... he doesn't show interest in learning... he doesn't perform basic things like bye, namaste, etc... he is very active... he doesn't sleep whole night... wake up two to three times at night... are these things normal in 17 month old baby? should i visit pediatrician?
