Is baby teething???please tell baby is fussy and he is 4 months old rubbing his eyes a lot kindly tell

Our baby boy is 12 days old. He is on complete breast feed. Every time he pees, he poops a little too. Attached the photo. Also when he actually poops, the poop is a bit runny. Attached photo of that too. Is it normal for the baby or is he having diarrhea or something? He pees around 10-12 times a day. Poops with the bigger qty about 6-7 times a day. Feeds about 10-12 times a day.

My baby is having lose stool 10-12 times a day which is green in Color and full of mucus. Got the stool test done. Attaching the report. Please help us to see if everything is fine. It shows bacteria and undigested material present. What does that mean?Thanks a lot

My baby is 1year and 16days old..is 35weeks preterm baby boy..he hasnot got any teeth yet..is it something to worry? His other milestones are okay for his age..he walks with support..sometimes take two to three steps without support..talks almost 5-6words ..is active and plays well..

Hello please guide,here In Pune the temperature is very low according to to normal temperatures, it's going to reach to 14 degrees in night, how can I keep my baby warm do I make him wear sweater?, soon coming Tuesday we are going to travel at our in laws place Hyderabad , by train in AC boggie ( for temperature reasons)that day temperature is 16degree how can we travel safely, please guide.how can I keep him warm?without he getting any infection and fever? I have got her vaccination done yesterday and she has got fever after that. I have given her paracetamol thrice already with a gap of 6 hours but the fever isn't coming down. It's 102.3 right now. Is it considered normal having such high fever after vaccination?
