I nebulized 4 years baby with levsalbutamol and bunase ...but after 3 days ...the cough started again ...can I give nebulise baby for more days till the inflammation subsides
This is happening periodically...what to do ?

Yes. You can nebulize till the cough subsides. Give Bunase only 2 times a day. Levosalbutamol 3 to 4 times if needed

is your child cough worsening at night??
nebulisation helps in cough with wheeze only so consultation is must and if this happens periodically suspecting allergic cause of cough u should get few test done like cbc with eosinophil count and ige levels
