Fever chills & mild stomach ache
My son is having fever from yesterday morning went to doctor gave medicine but from today he is having mild stomach ache & whatever he eats feel like stomach is full even if he drink glass of water his fever is 100.8 till now
Please suggest

Try to maintain good hydration of the child. You can contain the paracetamol for the fever. It’s mostly the viral infection may be due to dehydration

Can continue same medication for now, if the doctor had prescribed antibiotics it might cause the mentioned symptoms.. just continue giving paracetamol and do sponging..
