Hello Have a record of temperature. If fever is 100.4F give paracetamol. Look for if there is cough, and see if headache and body aches are persisting, vomiting, pain abdomen, diarrhoea,urine output and activity of child.if fever is persisting for 3 days you need to consult your paediatrician. For now maintain hydration and ensure adequate fluid intake.

Greetings fever with aches usually indicates a common childhood viral infection.Keep her home from school to rest in light clothing.Provide plenty of cold fluids to maintain proper hydration.Give age-appropriate paracetamol or ibuprofen to help relieve her pain.Strictly avoid giving aspirin .Seek immediate medical care for neck stiffness or severe lethargy.
