Fever in eveing and early morning
What is the reason of fever in evening and early morning at 3am
Both time fever is 102f and mouth raises and some time vomiting and back pain and stomach pain
Can I give milk product?

You haven't mentioned the age or weight of the child.
If temperature is above 100,give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
Use syp ondem half hour before meals for vomiting and syp anafortan for stomach ache.
Give light meals including curd and Banana in the diet and ors after every loose motion if watery.
If not improving,consult your paediatrician.
