Child Health Issues

I'm 23 days pp n my baby is still not able to latch. She is on formula plus the breast milk that I express a few times. I even consulted a lactation consultant still there is a latching issue. My baby was born via planned c section exactly when 37 weeks were over n since I had gdm she was formula fed for 24 hours so there was no contact.

My baby is sweating alot, As he is only 6 month old, we are witnessing the issue from last 2 months. He get wet during night as well as day time. Is sweating in babies normal, or there will be any medical examination required?

2 years and 3 months old grandson is stammering a lot . This problem started when he completed 2 years exactly. Before 10 days , stammering stopped and for the last two days it's too much . What could be the reason . Do we have to visit paediatricians?
