Hello dr, 5 yr old get diagnosed by a paediatric currently whole india is suffering from these type of virus. How to improve immunity for a kid and what to do for dry cough

My baby 2months old  having yellowness at corner of eyes and near nose edges when yawing Initially jaundice was 15 after phototherapy it came down to 5 and again performed lft  came down to 2.2.when baby was 45 days attached report. Can you please check let me know any further evaluation required or will it cause any problem. I'm more worried about this.

My husband seems to think that adding lentils to our one year old daughter's everyday diet is not advisable. He says lentils (dal) lead to gas and weak knees (bones?). I think it's a good source of protein and iron. He also thinks we should not let the baby consume 150 ml of milk in a single stretch at night. Instead he suggests we should let her take breaks in between to let the milk digest properly. What is your professional view on this.

My 2 year old son goes potty around 5-6 times a day. He eats normal home cooked meals. We are not giving him any milk or milk products as he just recovered from diarrhoea (he had a viral infection) and doctor asked us to avoid milk and other dairy products. His potty seems normal in consistency but is this much frequency ok? He is active and don't seem to b bothered. He is also eating well but pooping small small quantity several times a day.

My child has been suffering from recurring fever for the past 1 month. 1st March, 12th March, 20th March, 25th March ... Fever went away completely and came again ... At the time of writing this it feels that his head is a little warm. I have attached the screenshots of CBC and Peripheral smear test ... I have also asked the doctor whether this is something dangerous ... He is saying because of weak immunity and changing seasons he is becoming susceptible to viruses and other infections ... He has started multivitamins, vitamin d and iron supplements for 6 months ... As of now we are awaiting blood culture reports... Kindly guide
