Is it really safe to use baby walker? He has started crawling and trying to stand with support He has turned 10 months Please suggest on use of baby walker?? And what else can be done to encourage walking?

My 3 year old kid got elevated CRP and fever also in cbc blood report wbc count is high. Other tests including urine culture and urine testsare normal. He is under medication now. Please advise

All elderly people in my house say how can a baby eat bland food with no taste you should add some salt to the food whereas i have always heard from doctors on instagram making reels saying that salt should not be given till one year of age. What should i do??

For the past month, my baby has been passing watery yellow gas, sometimes in larger quantities, around four times, occasionally in a droplet form (especially when I burp her).
