My baby is 8 months old and since yesterday evening baby has fever at 6 pm 99.1 at 4am 99 at 11am 99.7. Baby is getting irritated and fussy and crying a lot. Fever is coming in every 6-7 hours. One teeth already come and one is coming. During first teeth baby doesn't have any issues like fever , loose motion. Is this viral fever or something else.

She identifies objects persons things places everything meaningfully 4. She tells rhymes stories alpha beats number 5. Motor skill also fine she eats by herself , solving puzzle , shapes , colours and scribbling Problem : She is not able to frame words and speak in sentence , real time conversation Recently heard about this gestalt language and I feel all matches with my daughter . Is it normal will be fine as days goes on
