Child Health Issues

My son is 10 months old. He is irritated with teething pain and cries a lot. His sleep is fully disrupted because of teething. As soon as he wakes up put his figures in mouth or he wants to continue feeding. He is not able to sleep continuously for more than 2 hours. this pattern is persistently happening for last 2 weeks. What can be done to give him relief.

Baby is 6.5months old, on top feed and cerelac, from some days like 5-6 days he is having very be smelly poop, intially when he poops it's hard lump, followed by softer poop, please let me know is. This smell normal? He is fine and playing , is this smell because of the hard stool? Please tell

My son is 2.6 year old he is suffering with popping immediately after the meal and multiple time .this is happening from when I started solids to him.frequently he is getting redness on bum and thigh area he is crying lot and he is poor weight gain also .we don't know when he will poop because of this we cannot leave him without diaper.we visited so many doctors all are telling it's normal and they are giving medicine but we are not seeing any permanent solution for this.

My 6 monthz olc son has constipation since last Saturday. We went to doc on Wednesday who gave picosulfate syrup 2ml.but still no potty and doc increased the dose today to 3ml twice daily. Still no stools passed. Doc said if child is passing gas then no problem and continue same medicine.when will child pass stools. Pls help

My 6 month old baby. Got lite blood in poop consulted doctor immediately he gave mahacef 3 ml morning and night. Still blood continue have attached pic. I am so concerned. Please guide if something is serious. He is on breastfeeding and afternoon khanji water is given. Please please guide doctors. The poop is green in colour He is also on iron and vitamin supplements Weight is 9.9kg birth weight is 3.54kg The above incident happened after his typhoid vaccination

But she is not copying what other kids are playing and sharing the things she wants if someone use that and she is also not ready to share she doesn't show much interest with kids untill she gets used to them But in school and with her cousins she is playing She is not able talk real time conversation but understand and follow all the instructions
