Hello doctor, please help, my 19 month baby girl is suffering from severe constipation due to which she bleeds while pooping and also she dont pass stool regularly, almost 3-4 days takes to pass her poop which leads to constipation.. Kindly prescribe stool softener medicine through which she can easily pass her stool and on daily basis. Please please help doctor.

She doesn't have any problem and don't cry also regarding stomach pain Should I be concerned about it or it is normal??? Should I stop her iron drops???
