Is neonatal hepatitis curable in a 5 month old child ? If so what is in general treatment for it which is available as per medical sciences

I am going to pierce my ear. But I have a 2 month baby with me and I am breastfeeding him. Can I  pierce my ear today? And also I had removed my wisdom teeth yesterday. Will It have any issues on breastfeeding?

My son is 2 months old and I am a Breastfeeding mother... After feeding I make my baby to burp... In sometimes he spitted up some milk during burping... Is it means he is full of stomach or any other problem??
