Child Health Issues

My baby is 6 months old she is on both breastfeeding and formula feeding. Most of the time she passes mustard yellow and green stools mixed. And when given iron drops she does complete green stools. She doesn't have any problem and don't cry also regarding stomach pain Should I be concerned about it or it is normal??? Should I stop her iron drops???

My daughter is 2 years 5 months and she is having pain while pooping and urination. She is crying of pain. Yesterday night she complained of stomach pain and cried, after pooping she became normal and went to sleep.

My baby js 3 months old and he has skin redness under the neck skin fold . Please suggest some ointment or remedy for this not to spread further .

Hi doctor, my son 10yrs old has fever on & off during morning and evening since 2 to 3 days also sore throat. After taking dolo he feels better but again it occurs . He also feels very tired  with dry lips and also leg pain in nights. He  sweats badly in night as it's summer. Kindly suggest what can be done further? Thank you

My baby is 10 days old.. he latches only on left side 15 mins but not on right side. I have tried so many times.. so now i am pumping milk from right side and giving to him in bottle and also direct feed from left.. i am using philips sterilizer for bottle. Please recommend the correct way of sterilization
