Insufficient milk production
Hello dr,my baby is 35 days old,I'm giving formula milk along with breast feeding,as milk is insufficient for baby,I'm using galacto granules from 1 month but no significant results,what can I do for sufficient milk supply for my baby.

Eat healthy nutritious diet, with plenty of fluids excluding tea and coffee. Consult your gynecologist and take tablets for milk production.

Healthy diet like green leafy vegetables, brinjal chapati . Milk and drink plenty of oral water . Mutton if u r non vegetarian
