My baby age 3.6 year old passing stool 3 to 4 times daily for the last 4 days with foul smell. And stomach ache also sometimes. Doctor can u suggest any medicine. I will be very thankful 🙏🙏

Passing Stool 4 to 5 times a day
Hi, My son is 3 year old and weight is around 13 kgs, couple of day ago there was a fever and we have given p250 and it is reduced now, and also 2 days ago there was gum motion, but now there is no gum in motion but passing 3 to 5 time a day( this happened only today).
