Hi my son 7 month old baby is not sitting for straight 5 minutes without support he sits for 1 or 2 minutes then lies back and when he tries to tell something for eg. do do he stress that word so much where saliva come out of his mouth is it normal or should I need to take of care of something? He also started to clap both hands

Yesterday, my baby had a vaccination, and they gave paracetamol syrup. Should I give the medicine today as well since she has a temperature in the head region?

Hi All, My baby is 7 weeks old. Her birth weight was 3.7 kg and now she is weighing around 4.8 Kg. Since her birth we used to give formula milk along with breast milk to our baby. For last 2 weeks we were trying to cut down the formula (like once or twice a day) and we started giving her most of breast milk. Initially after this shift she started pooping once in two days or daily once, but since last 1 week we noticed she started pooping 3-4 times a day. Poop consistency is yellowish and more of liquidise, also her demand for breast milk has also increased recently . Is there anything we need to worry about this pooping 3-4 times a day?
