My one month old daughter turned to one side. Is it normal for a 1 month old to turn to any one side at this age?

My son is 10 month old, he is having 3  lymph nodes on lower head .. now it s little swollen and and he has itching too... But he is very active and not having fever or any other illness... What should I do
