Good Morning Doctor, From last 2 days, may be due to some insect bite or mosquito bite on my son's right ear it became blackish and little part seems like swollen. Request you to kindly suggest any ointment or cream for faster cure. He says little its paining and sometimes he will rub with his hands on that affected part. My Son's Age is 21 months. Weight - Around 11 kg. Pls find attached images for reference.

My new born girl baby is 3 weeks old. She is having breast milk only for 10mins after that not showing interest to drink the milk or else sleeping. I am not getting she is getting enough milk or not. Doctors said i have to feed for 30mins every time. I am worrying why she is not showing interest to drink the milk

Hello doctor My baby's birth weight was 3.3 kgs and now in 5 months her weight is 5.85 kgs. She is formula fed. She sometimes vomits milk after having it. I am a little worried as I think her weight gain is not up to the mark. Please suggest

Hai...My daughter is 5 month old and she tilts her head to left when she looks straight and when she looks right side...when she is in tummy she holds her head straight and high...she started rolling on 4 months 15 days...when I place her in sitting position she tilts her head left...one of our family doctor told that the head tilt is due to her squint eyes..I am worried...Her head is some what shaky when she is sitting with support...

My son is 7 years old and his vitamin b12 levels are higher than the normal range(1174pg/ml). His hemoglobin is 10.4... ESR is high(31)... Serum iron was low (40) but ferritin came out normal. I already know how to help his hemoglobin levels as my mother in law faces the same issues and we've dealt with it by monitoring her diet. But I don't know how I can help my son's vitamin b12 levels. His lipid profile is normal. The only test we are planning to do is his KFR/eGFR. Please suggest what can I do to help him. I am willing to do any additional tests if needed.

Hello doc, my 18 months old girl got a minor cut in palm .I hv no idea when did it happen might me either yesterday or today morning also I am clueless  from which object she got the cut ..she got last teatnus vaccine at 14 weeks ...her 16-18 months vaccine for teatnus is due on 19th April ...what should I do ? What is the time duration for teatnus shot after a cut ?
