Baby is coughing after waking up

Hi, My 2yrs old baby is develop dry coughing from 1week ...he coughs a lot in the morning after waking up and sometimes in day and while sleeping...but specially after waking up...he is doing fine he hasn't fever runny nose anything...he is eating food normally. .. When he drinks milk he also cough...is it a matter of concern...will it go away by its own aur should I give him any cough syrup as earlier dr have given Tusq syrp
