My 8 month old baby have mumps bcs my big son have this before week so I am totally tensed how to treat him bcs he had fever swelling cheeks difficult taking feed pls help me

Doctor my son is 1.5 years old and since 1 year he is just 9 - 9.5kgs only.. egg panner I have included along with dal rice and vegetables ( pumpkin potato bottle gourd beet carrot palak ) . He was on vit D and iron till 1 year.. worm syrup has been done 2 month before. Today I found 1 white hair on his bed. Not sure if it's his, but if his is it ok? Help help me what to do next.
