What dose of Tusq tablet should I give my son, 5 years old for cold? How often should I give? Are there any side effects?

My doctor prescribed amitriptyline (10mg daily x 7 days then 20mg daily), midrin, and norco 5-325mg. Is daiky amitriptyline and a dose (2 pills) of midrin safe while breastfeeding a 2 year old? My ob gyn prescribed the same strength norco right after I had my baby and my migraines started so I know that medication is pretty safe taken in moderation. My concern is really the midrin and amitriptyline combo.

How many drops of Tonoferon drops should I give for my 4 year old son for iron deficiency? Are there any side effects?

My Son has fever from yesterday night we repeat paracetamol 3 every 4 hours while fever is coming back every 3 hours.
