Fever and breathing problem
My son is feeling fever from last two months in a row. He feels well after taking medicines for a few days and then again he suffers from fever suddenly. This is happening from last two months and his breathing sounds loudly as because his nose becomes block. He has cough also. We thought it was happening due to change of weather. Please let me know what to do.

Late talking kid
My son is 3 years and nine months but still not able/trying to connect two words . Overall he is fine, responsive, active ,good at sports , but the problem area is that he don't speak by himself . We have to push him to make him speak first. Even he answers to the question we made him learn like kaise ho? He 'll say - Theek hun. But if we ask him kya khelna hai - he 'll just say - car, chauka, park etc. He is going to play school for a year ,but when asked school mein kya kiya - he keeps mum and start doing his things . Even we went for his hearing test ,all fine , no tounge tie . Consulted pediatrician about a year back , suggested us to wait as everything was fine from medical side (even from the ent side also).
Please help us and suggest what can we do for him.

Language Development
A. We have met a baby of 2.3 year old for adoption. On Meeting the child did not utter a single word though she was with us for 2-3 hours. (she met us in presence of her caregiver and social worker etc).
In her Medical report she is referred as normal child and in language section : in reply to "can speak word" answer Yes written while in reply to "can speak sentences" answer No written. Is it a matter of concern?
B. We were of d view that a two year old cant speak sentences, but her silence was strange. HOW TO UNDERSTAND A TWO YEAR OLD NOT MUTE in such a short period. Is d remark "cant speak sentences" is pointer towards some serious problem
C. FYI : otherwise the child was responsive, she was following instructions, even responded while we talked to her by shaking her head.
A little guidance will help us to a large extent
Thanks
