My baby is 3 months 2 days old and she is putting her thumb in her mouth she stopped drinking milk i m worried..... what to do.  ?

U haven't mentioned since how long she has been doing this. If she has just discovered her thumb, then it is a temporary phase. Once she gets over the thumb fascination, she'll get back feeding. Babies do that, it's normal
