Child Health Issues

My kid not able to focus in one thing, very talkative, before completing the question answering, not able to understand alphabets.

My 2 yr old kid is not able to speak words... he says mama , papa , dada but not able to speak other words like asking water etc...

Having cough from last 10days. Gave him Alex syrup for 5days but didn't help. Then gave him herbal cough syrup (honitus), still no effects.

My baby is 18 months .he suffered from hypoxia during birth.he is even getting fits when he was 7 months old and are still on. He has gained his neck control and started little bit to sit .he has turned active stared following sound his eye squint has even disappeared but he is still not regaining his IQ. It's going to be year for his physiotherapy.

DEAR SIR, YESTERDAY I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH A BABY BOY. AND DOCTORS SAYING THAT HE IS UNABLE TO BREATH. THEY DID THE XRAYS BUT DIDN'T FIND ANY THING. BUT TODAY THEY DID THE CT SCAN AND SAID SOME "GANTH" LUMB IS BETWEEN NOSE AND PALET. HE IS JUST 2 DAYS OLD PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER.
