Klebsiella pnemonia bacterial infection
New born baby, have been identified with klebsiella pneumoniae in the culture test, on the same day sample taken when she born.
Continued since born with anti biotic then after finding the test result, from last five days have been treated with Anibiotic - CEGAVA , MAcmika500.
Baby is doing good and helathy, the above are treated based upon the clinical test results only.

Hi. Why was culture done? What specimen culture is positive (blood or amniotic fluid or. Mom's vaginal swab)? How was the condition of baby immediately after birth? These things need to be know before answering your question.
