Hi sir my child suffering with cold and cough since 2 months. Used antibiotic taxim and moxikind cv but no use. Now getting fever also at temperature nearly 102 to 103

My 4 and half months son is suffering from cold and we got his blood test (CBP) done as advised by the doctor. Results says Neutrophils is 67%, Lymphocytes is 29%, Monocytes 02% rest everything in under the range provided in report. Just want to know if results are fine or worry some.
