My 1year son always vomits after any thing intake , cry whole night.when he drinks milk soon after vomits not sleeps very well .rainy nose

Hello sir..My daughter got fever around 103 since 2days..I gave used calpol ..But temperature not reduced..Then I used meftal p ..After that it will be down ..But when she slept some time ..The temperature will be high ..She was very dull..And she was not Abel to eat anything..Give me your suggestion please..

Hello, One of my relative doctor has suggested arachitol nano syrup (60000 IU/5ML) Syrup weekly for my 17 months old kid. As per him, My kid has vitamin D deficiency. Currently we give 400 IU per day. So is it safe to give arachitol nano syrup?
