Child Health Issues

My 8 year old son was recently diagnosed with acid reflux and started on Ranitidine twice daily. We've also changed his diet in accordance with the "GERD diet." He seems to be getting worse. He complains daily of terrible stomach pains, visits the school nurse frequently and sometimes doesn't even want to eat. This is now affecting his quality of life as we sometimes can't even go do something as simple as going to the park without getting there and having to leave because his stomach starts hurting so badly. (I should add, other than these stomach issues, he is a happy, bright, well adjusted child and anxiety issues have been ruled out.) I'm starting to get worried. Should I be?

My 2 yesr old daughter has been having recurrent abdomen pain for past 8 months now. This frequent bouts (1 in every 15 days) lasts for 2-3 days. During bout she does not have any food and at times there is vomitting. We have done almost all test possible (CT scan, endo, colonoscopy, varios blood tests, allergey tests, sonography etc.) but none have given any positive result and show any root cause. Due to these bouts her growth is being hampered. Kindly help and suggest a way

Hi, My son is having VSD when he was in 3rd month it was 10mm and now he is 2.4 yrs now the hole is 2.5 mm. but our doctor asking us to go for surgery. Please suggest.

He swallowed 1rs coin on Sunday night,I waited till yesterday to take an xray, but it hasn't come out in his stool, xray abdomen shows its in the centre of the abdomen.

My daughter has persistent cough with wheeze which relapses .She is given Duolin respules alongwith Salmabutol rota caps in disc shape.Nebulization is prescribed 3-4 times n inhalation twice.Alongwith Asthalin syrup,Amoxyllin ,Cough syrup n Montair syrup for kids.Bt no relief.She's having this problem which has now become severe since the time we shifted to Suratgarh which itself is a very dusty place.Around 6 months onwards.I myself am an Asthmatic patient.Pl help out are there any further investigations needed for my daughter? What is ur suggestion?? The medications she's being given sufficient? When will she show improvement.She's having cough since a week
