Child Health Issues

My baby is around 2 months old. He has been experiencing bump rashes for last two weeks. We have consulted doctor's. They have tried Rashfree, Candid, Candid Powder, Siloderm, but it still persists. Doctor have also prescribed Z&D but still it's not recovering. We have tested Urine RE but that also has come normal. Please suggest.

I have twince baby they just 9 month old. My babies are always suffering from ilness. I have admited my babies 8 time in the hospital. Some time they havin highe fever, some time cough in chess and etc. Could you please suggest me how to improve there helth?

My son is 1 year and 3 months old and suffering from inguinal hernia since birth. Initially the size of hernia was small however now a days it become large when he shout or cry which makes me afraid. I also consult with doctor before 2 months for the sergeory but doctor denied and said wait for 2 year more so that baby become more mature as this stage is not good for anesthesia dose. So please suggest me what should I do should I wait or consult with other one.and also please tell if I wait there is any serious issue occur.

My son of 7yrs old having fever last days back with eye pain and again having fever yesterday with headache.

My cousin brother has a stomach ache and he is of 1 and half yrs of age please consult me . He had ate chapatti with milk and I think he is feeling some bad in stomach
