My son has consistently had constipation and been on cremafin 5 ml every day for the past 6 months. How can I stop this.

My son feels happy in breaking things..jiddi high energy but wasting his time on other activity. Juth bolna some guilt in his mind due to him his father had died.. Actually it was an accident but he thinks ki my would not had been to Gurukool If I should not had run from der n the he might would had be alive ..missing his father Basically.. Need support n guidedance if req I can take him to counseling. Or medicine as a single parents I m worried..

My child age 6 his platless count very low 10000,after the treatment increased 90000 after a week it reduced 59000
