Vomiting after fall

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My son 8 mont old had a fall today at 11am. Not sure that he hit his head. And after 45,min he had vomitng like milk only twice. He cried after fall for 5min. Then he was OK. Playing alert active only . At 6 pm he had bottle feed around 60ml and after 20 min mother give him breastmilk also . After that he vomited twices after 30min is it normal
